The Pentek DGD-5005-20 is a heavy-duty whole-house sediment water filter cartridge designed for use in Big Blue and other compatible heavy-duty filter housings. Its dual-gradient density spun polypropylene construction provides effective particulate filtration by combining pre-filtration with finer final filtration.
The filter is designed to help remove dirt, sand, silt and other particulates from water while maintaining high filtration capacity. Its larger diameter and graduated filtration structure allow it to hold significantly more dirt than similar-sized sediment cartridges. Made from 100% polypropylene, the DGD-5005-20 is suitable for residential, rural, municipal and commercial water filtration applications.
