Description
The Nordic Pure 20x20x5 MERV 13 Plus Carbon Pleated Air Filters are designed as replacement filters for Honeywell air filtration systems. This 2-pack features electrostatically charged synthetic pleated media with an additional flat panel infused with activated charcoal. The filters are designed for HVAC furnace and air conditioning filtration, with activated carbon material that attracts and holds odorous gases and vapors (VOCs).
These pleated air filters feature a heavy-duty, moisture-resistant beverage board frame and a metal mesh support grid bonded to the pleats for additional support. The filter media is described as preventing the growth of bacteria or mold. Nordic Pure identifies its MERV 13 filters as comparable to filters rated MPR 2200–2400.
