Description
The Aquagear Water Filter Pitcher is designed to filter a wide range of contaminants from tap water while retaining healthy minerals such as calcium and magnesium. The filter uses activated carbon and ion exchange media and is third-party tested to filter lead, chlorine, microplastics, PFOA, PFOS and other contaminants.
Each Aquagear filter has a capacity of 120 gallons and is designed to last approximately 6 months on average. The pitcher has a 10-cup (2.4L) capacity and features filter media made in the USA in an ISO 9000 facility.
The filtration system is tested in an independent ISO 17025 accredited laboratory and is listed with contaminant classes NSF 42, NSF 53, NSF 401 and NSF P473.Â
