The Aerostar 14x14x1 MERV 11 Pleated Air Filters are designed for furnaces and air conditioning units. The pack features electrostatically charged synthetic material designed to draw and capture microscopic particles between 0.3 and 1.0 microns.

The filters are designed to capture particles including lint, dust mites, spores, pollen, pet dander, fine dust, and smoke. The MERV 11 rating is comparable to MPR 1000-1200 and FPR 7.

The nominal filter size is 14x14x1, while the actual filter size is 13 3/4" x 13 3/4" x 3/4". The filters use 100% synthetic electrostatic media for high efficiency with low airflow resistance.

For best results, change the filters every 60 to 90 days and increase replacement frequency to every 30 days during peak summer and winter months when the HVAC unit is working hardest.
