Frequently Asked Questions

How do I clean the filter?
Backwash each straw after use, following the manufacturer's directions. This helps reduce clogging and keeps the flow rate steady.

Is this a good water filter for a family emergency kit?
Yes. With six filters in one pack, everyone in the household or vehicle can have their own.
