How to Choose

For hiking, travel and emergency kits, a personal straw is the lightest option, while Peak Series bottles and the gravity filter are better for filtering larger amounts of water. Go Series bottles are made for everyday carry, and the Home pitchers and dispenser are for the kitchen. Each product page lists what that filter is designed to do, so check it against your needs before ordering.

How Often to Replace

Replacement timing differs between LifeStraw products. Follow the instructions that came with your filter or bottle, and replace sooner if flow slows noticeably or the filter is damaged.
